Please keep in mind that FileShack does not offer support for the actual files that are downloaded. We only ensure that you are able to download files. It is the authors responsibility to provide technical support.
Important: If you are having problems logging in, can you please provide detailed information. What page are you trying to log in from, what error do you get, what browser do you use, etc? This will help us solve the problem much more quickly, thanks!
If your question is regarding billing or Shackspace or Shackmail first check the account settings page and read it carefully, then make sure you are logged in. If that doesnt solve your issue submit only one issue per request. This will assist us in resolving each issue independently and quickly. We will respond to you via email.
