This patch updates any version of Devastation to v390. Comes with an AI rewrite, fixes server compatibility and offers many other improvements.
- NPC AI fully rewritten. Enemy AI greatly improved, increasing the
challenge.
- Server compatibility issues resolved. Can now play against Devastation
gamers worldwide.
- "BindPort" crash on startup fixed.
- Drop to desktop crash in-game fixed.
- Crash during map transition fixed.
- Problem with configuration files in My Documents fixed.
- Team StreetWar dedicated server crash fixed.
The major v380 fixes include sound changes for weapons, stability fixes for multiplayer, tweaks to the Territories gametype, a new server browser interface, and tons of other improvements that will make the game smoother and better.
